Alquerra is a trading name of Pegasus Growth LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Pegasus Growth LLC is the operator of alquerra.com and the seller of record for all orders placed on this website.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is free on every order. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5 to 8 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom and European Union: 7 to 12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking

Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan. If your tracking has not moved after 7 business days, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in the price you paid, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we can reship it once the return arrives, with shipping payable again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@alquerra.com and we will replace it or refund it. Report damage within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph where possible.
